At HOPE Couture, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable


3. Exchanges

If offering exchanges:

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (see below).


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item

We will make it right by offering a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
